In re State of Louisiana through Attorney General William Guste, Jr., applying for stay order. Parish of Orleans. No. 258-000.

Granted. All proceedings in this matter are stayed. The case is fixed for hearing at 4:00 p. m., Tuesday, April 15, 1980. The Orleans Parish Criminal Sheriff is to transport no other prisoners to the Department of Corrections under the order of April 11, 1980 of the Orleans Parish Criminal Court, which is suspended pending further orders of this Court.
