Opinion of the Court

In re Clyde Merritt, applying for writs of certiorari, and stay order. Parish of Orleans.

Granted. The ruling of the trial judge is reversed. The record reflects that the relator was under 3 subpoenas for 3 different sections of court on the same morning, and had notified court personnel that he would be in one of those sections when called by court personnel.
