Granted. This Court has the power to review the ruling complained of. La.Const. Art. 5, §§ 2 and 5(A) (1974). See State v. Doucet, 199 La. 276, 5 So.2d 894 (1942). Relator is granted to July 15, 1980 to file his application with this Court.
