Opinion of the Court

In re Guaranty Bank & Trust Company of Alexandria, applying for remedial writs and stay order, Parish of Rapides. No. 106,279.

Granted in part and reversed in part. The ruling of the trial judge striking the amending pleadings is reversed and the pleadings are reinstated. Otherwise the writ is denied.

MARCUS, J., would grant and order a jury trial.
