ORDER

Considering the foregoing motion:

IT IS ORDERED that there be a stay order granted herein for 60 days, La., 386 So.2d 365, to allow defendant, Edward Manuel, to apply for writs of certiorari and/or seek any relief before the United States Supreme Court, or any other federal court.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the defendant, Edward Manuel, be permitted and authorized to remain on bond while proceedings are stayed.
