In re Morris Burton, applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and stay order. Parish of East Baton Rouge. No. 12-77-56.

Granted in part. Trial judge is ordered to hold a Prieur hearing in order to reconsider earlier ruling on the issue. Otherwise, denied; adequate remedy by appeal in event of conviction. See, State v. Davis, 389 So.2d 71 (La. 1980).
