In re Gloria Powers Thomas, applying for writs of certiorari, mandamus, and prohibition, to the Family Court. Parish of East Baton Rouge. No. 27099.

Granted. Case is remanded to district court for reconsideration in light of Borde-lon v. Bordelon, 390 So.2d 1325 (La. 1980).

MARCUS and WATSON, JJ., dissent, being of the opinion that there is an adequate remedy by appeal.
