Opinion of the Court

In re Roland R. Selenberg, applying for reinstatement to the Louisiana State Bar.

On the showing made the writ is denied, reserving to the applicant the right to apply anew and support his application with evidence that he is competent to practice and deserving of reinstatement.

MARCUS and WATSON, JJ„ would grant reinstatement. LEMMON, J., would require an investigation of applicant’s present moral fitness by a private investigator to be chosen by the Bar Association, at applicant’s expense.
