Dissenting Opinion

DIXON, C. J.,

would grant the writ, not understanding how a motorist on a gravel road, stopped at a stop sign, can pull out in front of oncoming traffic on a favored way, get hit and win the case.

CALOGERO and LEMMON, JJ., would grant the writ.
