State v. Guidry

Opinion of the Court

DENNIS, Justice,

dissenting.

I would affirm the trial court’s decision to grant the motion to suppress. The search of defendant’s residence was unreasonable and prohibited by our constitutions because the affidavit in support of the search warrant did not establish probable cause to believe stolen property was located at the residence at that time.

Accordingly, I respectfully dissent.
