MARCUS, BLANCHE and LEMMON, JJ.,

would grant the writ.

The trial judge’s conclusions were based on insufficient information. The case should be remanded for a determination through specialized testing of the extent of defendant’s present communicative ability and of whether that ability can be improved by competent professional training and assistance.
