State v. Farace
Opinion of the Court
In re State of Louisiana, through the District Attorney, Edwin O. Ware, applying for writs of certiorari, mandamus, prohibition, and a stay order. Parish of Rapides.
Granted. The ruling complained of is reversed.
Concurring Opinion
concurring:' I respectfully concur. As reluctant as I am to second-guess the trial judge when he rules against the state on an evidentiary question, the showing made here indicates that the trial judge is probably in error.
