Opinion of the Court

In re Sabinus A. Megwa, applying for permission to take the Louisiana Bar Examination. Parish of Orleans.

Granted. Relator permitted to take bar examination pending compliance with resident alien requirement.

Concurring Opinion

DIXON, C. J. and CALOGERO, J.,

concur, but are also of the view that “resident alien” means an alien living in the United States, not “resident alien” as defined in the immigration statutes.
