Opinion of the Court

Re: Sabinus A. Megwa, applying for Application for Admission to the Louisiana Bar, Parish of Orleans, Number Unknown.

Granted. Relator is ordered admitted to the Louisiana State Bar on October 9, 1981.

Dissenting Opinion

MARCUS and BLANCHE, JJ.,

dissent from the order, being of the opinion that relator should first be qualified as a “resident alien” as defined in the immigration statutes before being admitted to the Louisiana State Bar.
