ORDER

On considering the application of Carole Shelby Carnes Tucker for admission to the practice of law in. the State of Louisiana and on considering the report of the Commissioner filed in this matter,

IT IS ORDERED that Carole Shelby Carnes Tucker be admitted to the practice of law in the State of Louisiana. Ruling on the issue of costs is reserved pending further orders of the Court.

MARCUS, J., dissents from the order. WATSON, J., concurs in the order. BLANCHE, J., absent.
