State v. Fradger

Opinion of the Court

In re Oscar Fradger, Jr., applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus. Parish of Caddo. No. 118713.

Granted. Since the only witness at the preliminary hearing was a detective who only testified to defendant’s version of the shooting, and since the police witness had no information about the victim’s version of the shooting, no probable cause has been demonstrated at this time; therefore, relator is ordered released.
