In re Kody Roy, applying for writ of review or certiorari. Parish of Jefferson Davis. No. CR-878-80.

Granted. The sentence is vacated. The trial judge is ordered to conduct a contradictory hearing and impose a new sentence with written reasons explaining the grounds of the sentence, the considerations taken into account, and the factual basis therefor. C.Cr.P. Art. 894.1.
