In re Wallace 0. Moore, applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and stay order. Parish of Calcasieu. No. 5827-80.

Granted. Conviction of D.W.I.-2 set aside. Case remanded to trial court, where defendant may be tried for D.W.I.-1. See State v. Jones, 404 So.2d 1192 (La. 1981).
