State v. France

Opinion of the Court

In re Joseph K. France, applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and a stay order. Parish of Jefferson. No. 80-1087.

Granted. Ruling of the trial judge, denying defendant’s motion to quash is reversed and set aside. Motion to quash information for armed robbery granted on double jeopardy grounds. State v. Robertson, 386 So.2d 906 (La. 1980), and State v. Vincent, 387 So.2d 1097 (La. 1980) are not inconsistent but rather both support the result reached herein.
