Denied. Relator has not made a showing which entitled him to relief sought.

Concurring Opinion

CALOGERO, J.,

concurs in the denial. Relator has not applied for voluntary admission to a treatment facility nor been admitted by a treating physician on either a formal or informal basis. He has not shown that he is entitled to relief. Relator has not furnished us with a copy of his habeas application.
