Moss v. Guarisco
Supreme Court of Louisiana · Decided April 5, 1982 · Dennis, Grant, Lemmon, Watson, Writ
412 So. 2d 540; 1982 La. LEXIS 10618 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Moss v. Guarisco

Opinion of the Court

Re: William J. Moss, applying for writ of Cetiorari or Review, to the First Circuit Court of Appeal, Parish of St. Mary, Numbers 14395 & 14396.

Writ, 409 So.2d 323, denied. The result is correct.

DENNIS and WATSON, JJ., would grant the writ.

Dissenting Opinion

LEMMON, J.,

dissents. However, this denial does not necessarily mean that a majority of this Court still subscribes to the theory that there is no cause of action in Louisiana for tortious interference with a contract.
