In re Vincent Orlando, applying for writs of certiorari or review. Parish of Rapides. Nos. 200647B and 200648B.

Granted. The ruling of the trial judge is reversed; the amended Article 701 is applicable to this defendant. The case is remanded to the district court for a contradictory hearing pursuant to Article 701 D and E.

MARCUS and WATSON, JJ., would deny the application. LEMMON, J., dissents from the order.
