Opinion of the Court

In re Rev. Larry D. Rapier, applying for Writs of Certiorari, Prohibition and Mandamus and Stay Order, Parish of DeSoto, No. 40,566.

Granted. The sentence is set aside. The record does not support the trial court’s conclusion that defendant can still comply with the court’s order of March 17, 1982. The case is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings.

Concurring Opinion

WATSON, J.,

concurs and is of the opinion that the trial court should now sentence the defendant to a definite term for contempt.
