Writ denied. The district court has complied with this Court's order (# 81-KH-2808) by sending relator a copy of the transcript of his August 27, 1973 plea proceeding. Although the transcript bears an incorrect docket number, it appears in all other respects the document he was seeking. Thus, his claim that the district court did not comply with our order is without merit.
