In re State of Louisiana, applying for writ of certiorari. Parish of Lafayette, 15th Judicial District Court. No. 45805.

Granted. Ruling of trial judge sustaining defendant’s objection to the testimony of Officer Bernard Jones relating to information received through radio dispatch is reversed and set aside. State v. Monk, 315 So.2d 727 (La. 1975). Case remanded for further proceedings.
