In re State of Louisiana, through the Atty. General William J. Guste, Jr., applying for writs of prohibition, mandamus, cer-tiorari and other supervisory remedies. Parish of East Baton Rouge. 410 So.2d 285.

Granted. The ruling of the trial judge is reversed. The case is remanded for further action in conformity with the provisions of C.C.P. 1467.
