In re Earl E. Bean, Jr., applying for writs of prohibition and mandamus. Parish of East Baton Rouge. Nos. 835 and 594.

Granted. Relator’s habeas applications are hereby transferred to the district court and the court is ordered to act on relator’s application alleging double jeopardy within 14 days from date. It is further ordered that the district court conduct a preliminary examination within 7 days from date.
