Granted. The matter is remanded to the district court for the trial judge to reconsider in the light of Ballew v. Georgia, 435 U.S. 223, 98 S.Ct. 1029, 55 L.Ed.2d 234; State ex rel. Becnel v. Blackburn, La., 410 So.2d 1015; and Thomas v. Blackburn, 5 Cir., 623 F.2d 383.
