423 So. 2d 1139; 1982 La. LEXIS 12887 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Gulfco Electronics Corp. v. Regency Hotel, Inc.

Opinion of the Court

In re Betty Serio, Wife of/and William J. Mora, III, applying for Certiorari, or Review, Civil District Court, Orleans Parish, No. 76-12373, Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. C-0258.

Denied.

DIXON, C.J., concurs in the denial. For the Court of Appeal to say that it “de-clinéis) to exercise” its supervisory jurisdiction is erroneous. It did “exercise” its supervisory jurisdiction, and properly declined to grant the writ. CALOGERO and MARCUS, JJ., would grant the writ.
