The foregoing motion considered:

IT IS ORDERED that Execution of Johnny Taylor, Jr. by the State of Louisiana, the Department of Corrections, and any other Department, agent or servant of the State of Louisiana, presently set for March 1, 1983 be and the same is hereby stayed pending timely filing of application for writs in the U.S. Supreme Court and the final action of that court.
