Granted. The judgment of the Court of Appeal is reversed. The judgment of the trial court is reinstated. No showing of error or abuse of discretion by the trial judge. LSACCP 532.

CCP 532 permits the action of the trial judge and the court of appeal does not point out where the trial judge was wrong.
