Schroth v. Morice

Supreme Court of Louisiana
Schroth v. Morice, 428 So. 2d 807 (La. 1983)
1983 La. LEXIS 10177
Calogero, Grant, Lemmon, Watson, Writ

Schroth v. Morice

Concurring Opinion

CALOGERO, J.,

would grant the writ. Even however under the majority’s assessment that relator has not come here within 10 days of the court of appeal’s denial of writs, relator is still at liberty to seek time from the district court for filing application with this Court from the adverse district court ruling.

Opinion of the Court

In re: Liselotte Schroth Morice, applying for Supervisory Writs, Civil District Court, No. 79-11210; Parish of Orleans, Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal, No. C-0592.
