In Re: BILLY W. BENEVAGE AND LINDA THAXTON BENEVAGE applying for Supervisory writs to stay order of Trial Court, to the Third Circuit Court of Appeal, Parish of Sabine, Number 82-698, from the 11th Judicial District Court, Number 1982-10.

Denied. Stay order lifted.

WATSON, J., would grant the writ to consider the question of whether a minor emancipated by marriage must have a parent sign the Act of Surrender; the statute should be clarified.
