In re Linda E. Julian and Walter Watson and Leroy Julian and Linda Watson, applying for writ of certiorari. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal, Parish of Orleans, No. C-0446. Civil District Court, Division ā€œCā€. Nos. 82-1373 and 82-1374.

Granted. The judgment of the court of appeal is reversed. The resolutory condition of the bond (the appearance, trial and conviction of the defendants) dissolved the obligation of the bond.
