GRANTED: The trial court is ordered to conduct an evidentiary hearing to determine, in the light of Faretta v. California, 422 U.S. 806, 95 S.Ct. 2525, 45 L.Ed.2d 562 (1975), (1) whether defendant made an intelligent and voluntary waiver of counsel and (2) whether defendant clearly and unequivocally asserted his right to represent himself.
