In re STATE OF LOUISIANA applying for reconsideration on denied writ of May 23, 1983, from the Civil District Court, Numbers 82-1373 and 82-1374, Criminal District Court, Number 276-692 “G”, Court of Appeal Fourth Circuit, Number C-0446.

Reconsideration denied. The application is ordered returned to counsel for discourteous language and insulting criticism. See (Supreme Court) Rule 7, § 7.

concurring in denial of reconsideration.

This Court’s action on May 23, 1983, 433 So.2d 183, has meaning and application only in the context of the case under consideration. For facts of the case, see Court of Appeal opinion, C 0446 (4th Circuit March 16,1983).
