We granted relator’s application for supervisory writs, 434 So.2d 410, before a complete transcript of the hearing conduct*209ed in the district court on January 11, 1983 became available. After reviewing the record as a whole, and considering the arguments of counsel in brief, we find no error in the trial judge’s ruling. Our grant of the writ application was therefore improvident and we now recall that order.
