Concurring Opinion

DENNIS, J.,

concurs in the order admitting the applicant to the practice of law simply because he has met all of the requirements for admission. This matter is within the original jurisdiction of this Court. Although the recommendations of the Committee and Commissioner are entitled to respect and consideration, it is not necessary or appropriate that we “overturn” them.

Opinion of the Court

In Re: Dan Brian Zimmerman applying for Admission to the Louisiana State Bar Association.

The finding of the Committee that relator had not established his good character is overturned, and the finding of the Commissioner is approved. The relator shall be admitted to the practice of law upon meeting the other requirements.
