Opinion of the Court

In Re: Arthur Turner applying for Supervisory Writ from the 10th Judicial District Court, Parish of Natchitoches, Number 355231.

Granted. Judgment of the district court is reversed and the case is remanded. An evidéntiary hearing is ordered to determine whether this case differs from State v. James Dunn, 408 So.2d 1319, 81-K-2132 of this Court decided January 25, 1982.

Concurring Opinion

CALOGERO, J.,

concurs. If relator was promised parole opportunity after 10 years 6 months, his plea would have been involuntary and should be vacated. In any event ordering relator considered for parole is beyond the jurisdiction of the trial court.
