In re Herbert Rodrigue, Burton G. Klein, and Mary Borrell, applying for supervisory writs to the Court of Appeal, Fifth Circuit, No. 83-C-855, 24th Judicial District Court for the Parish of Jefferson, No. 389-098, C/W 289-142.

Denied. The matter is not moot, and as the Court of Appeal points out, plaintiff may proceed to trial on the merits for a permanent injunction.

WATSON, J., would simply deny the writ application.
