Opinion of the Court

In re City of Breaux Bridge, applying for writ of certiorari to the Third Circuit Court of Appeal, No. 83-326; 16th Judicial District Court, Parish of St. Martin, No. 36871.

Case below: 440 So.2d 1374.

Denied.

Concurring Opinion

LEMMON, J.,

concurs in the denial. The Town’s recourse, if it does not want to fund the reasonable expenses of the City Court’s operation, is to request that the Legislature abolish the court.

DIXON, C.J., and MARCUS and BLANCHE, JJ., would grant the writ.
