In re Robert L. Thibodeaux, applying for reconsideration of writ denied January 27, 1984, 444 So.2d 623, from the Criminal District Court, Parish of Orleans, No. 260-072.

Writ granted. The case is remanded to the district court for an evidentiary hearing on petitioner’s contention that his sentence was amended to provide that it be served “without eligibility to earn good time” in violation of La.C.Cr.P. art 881, in that it was amended after the beginning of the execution of the sentence.
