In Re: Mark Investments, Inc., Meyer Glazer, Canal Gift Shop, Inc., and Mot-wane’s America, Inc., applying for Writs of Review, Certiorari, and Mandamus, to the Fourth Circuit, Court of Appeal, Number C-1807; Civil District Court, Parish of Orleans, Number 84-43.

Granted. The judgment of the trial court is reversed, the exception of lis pen-dens is overruled and the matter is, remanded to the trial court. The suits do not have the same object. (See C.C.P. article 531).

DIXON, C.J.,

dissents from the summary reversal, without reasons, of the judgments of the two courts below. If there is doubt, the writ should be granted and brought up for argument.

DENNIS, J., would deny the writ.
