State v. Johnson

Opinion of the Court

In re Andrea Johnson, applying for Writs of Certiorari or Review, to the First Circuit Court of Appeal, No. 83-KA-1027, from the Nineteenth Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 9-80-194.

*1025Denied.

Concurring Opinion

CALOGERO, J.,

concurs in .the denial of the writ. Even though the Court of Appeal failed to address defendant’s main argument, that the prosecutor intentionally elicited the response from the police officer concerning defendant’s “other crimes,” in my view, the context in which the DA’s question was posed does not indicate such improper intent.
