Concurring Opinion

DIXON, C.J., and MARCUS and BLANCHE, JJ.,

would grant the writ. The Court of Appeal and the trial judge are in error. The defendant is not entitled to be represented at a photographic showup. See U.S. v. Ash, 413 U.S. 300, 93 S.Ct. 2568, 37 L.Ed.2d 619; State v. Stewart, 389 So.2d 1321 (La. 1980).
