Granted. Ruling of the Court of Appeal is reversed. Case is remanded to that court to be reconsidered before a panel of at least five judges. La. Const. art. 5, § 8(B), Bank of New Orleans & Trust v. Seavey, 383 So.2d 354 (La. 1980).
