In re Miller, Troy, applying for writ of certiorari to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. K-2733; Parish of Orleans Criminal District Court, Div. “B”, No. 298017.

Granted in part. Trial judge is ordered to conduct an in camera inspection of police radio broadcasts to determine whether or not they are exculpatory and consequently thereafter available to defendant for his use at the hearing. The writ is otherwise denied.
