Denied.

DIXON, C.J., would grant and reduce the bond to $80,000. CALOGERO, J., would reduce relator’s bond to $100,000.

Concurring Opinion

LEMMON, J.,

concurs in the denial. Relator may again seek reduction of bail on the basis of a voluntary psychiatric commitment as a condition reasonably related to assuring his appearance.
