Writ granted. The trial court is ordered to grant the motion for continuance and reschedule the trial forty-five days or later from this date.

dissents from this action. No reasonable grounds for a continuance have been stated, either in the application or the court’s order. The district judge and the court of appeal were correct in denying the continuance.
