Opinion of the Court

In re: Kevin Michael Shea Applying for Motion to Remand, 1st Judicial District Court, Caddo Parish, Nos. 111,684; 111,-684-A.

*450The motion to remand the cases is granted. The ruling of the court below on the motion to suppress the confession is reversed and the confession is suppressed. The conviction is reversed and the cases are remanded for new trials.
